Digital Product Policy

Anglomova provides instant access to digital educational content (CEFR-structured lessons, workbooks) and AI processing credits. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once access is granted.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Content Accessed

If you have opened, viewed, or downloaded any lesson materials or workbooks.

AI Usage Started

If you have used Anya (AI tutor) and consumed processing credits.

Module Progress

If you have completed any part of the module (even 1 lesson).

Time Limit

More than 24 hours after purchase.

Exceptional Cases

We may consider a refund only in these rare situations:

•Technical issue prevented access (e.g., payment succeeded but module not unlocked).
•Accidental duplicate purchase (within 24 hours).

All decisions are at the discretion of Anglomova. A processing fee may be deducted.
