Welcome to Anglomova. By accessing our website (https://anglomova.com) and using our AI-powered language learning services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anglomova.

⚠️ Important: AI Limitation Disclaimer

Anglomova uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses and analyze pronunciation. While we strive for accuracy, AI is an experimental technology and may occasionally:

  • Provide incorrect grammatical explanations or translations ("Hallucinations").
  • Misinterpret voice input due to background noise or accent nuances.

The Service is for educational practice only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Sign-In credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • One Person, One Account: Sharing accounts between multiple users to avoid subscription fees is prohibited and may result in a ban.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

We use WayForPay as our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refund Policy

Since Anglomova provides immediate access to digital content and AI services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to generate offensive, abusive, or illegal content via the AI chat.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the API (including automated bots).
  • Overload our infrastructure (DDoS) or bypass usage limits.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The interface, code, branding (Anglomova), and AI system prompts are the exclusive property of Anglomova.

Your Data: You retain rights to your personal learning progress data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your text and voice inputs solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Contact & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
